Business District - The Parts

Here you can find descriptions of the different social environments Spokane has to offer; the U-Distrct is one of the many unique locations. The University District's proximity to downtown, the medical district, mature residential neighborhoods, and the Spokane River offers the opportunity to create a neighborhood that is vibrant, sustainable, and innovative. It's a place that will attract a critical mass of top students, staff and faculty, cutting-edge researchers, and creative entrepreneurs – all of which are the catalysts for growth in the technology and health care industry, and overall economic prosperity for the city and the region.
