• SUPPORT & ATTRACT BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. Support business opportunities in the city—retail, services, employment, and others--to foster development and improve Spokane’s economy.
• ENHANCE SPOKANE AS AN URBAN PLACE. Enhance Spokane as an urban, appealing, and healthy place to attract and support city residents and visitors and enhance tourism.
